In week 4 you are being asked to reflect on how the memes you have chosen to study have been produced. This includes considering what images, texts and ideas have been used, assembled and remixed to create the specific memes you have chosen to study, and why. Your blog post should start with a brief introduction of you meme sampling strategy and justification. This should be followed by your critical reflection on the following questions:
-Where have these visual and textual images in the meme been derived from?
-How do these images and texts selected shape the message or meaning communicated?
-In what way does this represent what Jenkins describes as “participatory culture”?
-How does digital culture and its production process uniquely shape religious internet memes and your specific case study?
